An integrated packaging line that turns every grilled-chicken order into a consistent, practical, recognizable brand experience.
The strategy
A conceptual decision behind every shape, color, and application.
Client objective
Pollos Asados Los Norteños needed to carry an established identity across every format in its San Antonio, Texas operation. The challenge was to avoid isolated packages and build one clear family for chicken, grills, burgers, bowls, drinks, and sauces.
Brand decision
The architecture uses kraft, black, red flame, and yellow details for personality and clarity. Every format keeps the logo, hierarchy, and message, but adapts its composition to the product and the actual container shape.
System and outcome
The system works at the table, counter, and handoff. It is restaurant packaging design built for production, daily use, and the growth of a Texas food brand.

Designed for production
The brand continues when the product leaves through the door.
Every format belongs to one system: clear hierarchy, purposeful surfaces, and a consistent presence across counter service, delivery, and social media.
